Your data should feel like yours.
Lyfora is built as a local-first fitness diary. Your logs power your goals, recommendations, and weekly insights without turning your routine into an advertising profile.

Overview
Lyfora stores profile, workout, nutrition, hydration, custom food, preference, and weekly report data on your device unless a feature needs a network lookup.
Information You Provide
Lyfora may store your name, age, height, weight, goals, activity level, workout logs, exercise sets, food logs, macro data, hydration entries, creatine entries, custom foods, and food preferences.
Food Search and Barcode Lookups
When you search a food database or scan a barcode, Lyfora may send the search text or barcode to nutrition data providers to return matching foods. Your full diary, profile, goals, and workout history are not sent with those lookup requests.
Apple Health
With your permission, Lyfora can write nutrition, water, workout, and body weight data to Apple Health. You can revoke Health permissions at any time in iOS Settings.
How We Use Data
Your data is used to power app features such as macro targets, hydration goals, workout history, recommendations, and weekly progress insights. Lyfora does not sell your personal data.
Data Storage and Deletion
Most app data is stored locally on your device using Apple storage frameworks. You can delete local app data from inside the app or by deleting the app from your device.
