Health data is not syncing

Open iOS Settings, Health, Data Access & Devices, then Lyfora. Confirm the permissions you want are enabled.

Notifications are quiet

Open iOS Settings, Notifications, Lyfora. Make sure notifications are allowed, then re-toggle reminders in the app.

Food search is unavailable

Add a custom food and try again later. If remote lookup is down, your saved and custom foods still work.

Workout data looks wrong

Edit or remove the set before saving the workout. Completed sets are what count toward history and Wrapped.
